GT7786 they have different gearing, I used to have a 2014 328i and I got a 2017 330i and the gearing on the 330 is slightly longer but noticeable. Revs lower on the freeway though, which is a plus imo
Bad enough for a so called '330i', which was actually the best 3 Series model from 2000 to 2006. It's more economical, even faster in mid revs - but look at that weird sound.

Viele Mitmenschen die hier kommentieren sind wahrscheinlich noch nie den neuen b48 330i gefahren. Ich hatte for einiger Zeit drei Tage einen 140i mit Automatikschaltung zum testen. Auf der Autobahn ging es wirklich flott zur Sache aber auf engen Straßen merkt man eine gewissen Trägheit oder Kopflastigkeit. In der Stadt beim Gasfuß streicheln kann man im Eco Pro Modus ca. 11,5 Liter schaffen. Realistisch sind eher 12-14 Liter. Sound war gut. Mit der Automatik, so gut sie auch sein mag, werde ich nie warm. Habe mir deshalb bewusst den 330i F30 als Handschalter gekauft. Er wirkt irgendwie stimmiger und der Stadtverbrauch liegt bei realen 10 Litern und im Mix bei 8,5. Ich bin ehrlich, die Mehrleistung braucht kaum einer und der 30i geht gut und im Sport Mode klingt er auch recht sportlich. Bin übrigens schon beinahe alle Leistungsklassen gefahren einschließlich knapp 800ps Wagen. Ich kann mir deshalb ein recht gutes Bild von diesem Motor und seiner Leistungsfähigkeit machen. Ich bin ganz zufrieden bis auf ein paar Dinge wie die Lenkung im nicht Sport Mode und das fehlende Elektrochrome Spiegelglas beim LCI auf der Beifahrerseite. Ansonsten eine klare Verbesserung zum E90. Das Standardfahrwerk ist auch gut. Der 3er ist für mich immer noch der beste Kompromiss für den Alltag mit bisschen Spaß, Restkomfort und Nutzwert. Wer auf den Ring geht soll etwas anderes kaufen.
Klingt wie 90er Jahre Computerrennspiel. Furchtbar, was BMW so in letzter Zeit ihren Kunden zumutet. Frontantriebe und die Reihensechser nur noch in den M Modellen, ich könnte heulen. Mein nächster wird jedenfalls kein BMW mehr. Alfa Giulia vielleicht. bisher haben die sogar Vierzylindern ganz angenehmen Sound entlocken können. Den Preis für das bessere Aussehen bekommen sie schon jetzt von mir.

Ist auf jeden Fall echt fix, im 2er wird der Motor wohl noch eine Spur besser gehen. Wie ist denn so das subjektive Gefühl, ist in allen Lebenslagen ordentlich Druck da? Mich würde vor allem mal der Vergleich zu den klassischen "3l 6 Zylinder 250 PS Dieseln" interessierten!

In combination with the automatic, in low and middle revs it feels like a bigger engine, you could Think that its a 3.0 petrol, because it has very smooth and powerful acceletation. At higher revs you can't compare it to the old inline 6 engines because the engine feels like it struggles with the weight of the car and the sound is not that good. Sorry for my bad english.
Bei sportlicher Fahrweise musst Du im 330d mit 7,5 l rechnen und im 330i mit 10 l. Durchschnitt versteht sich. Sportlich wohl gemerkt. Ich bin beide Motoren längere Zeit gefahren.

But i am a customer and i decided to not invest any penny in a BMW with a food blender engine. These cars are still very expensive and the inline six is a unique selling point for BMW. I actually drove the 220i, which has a brilliant chassis but i will never ever trade my 3.0 engine in for this shit can. Sound was horrible (droning, hollow, just hateful) and the power delivery felt more like a diesel compared to the inline 6. Turbo lag, slow throttle response, the things you get when you rely on a turbo. Besides, real world fuel consumption with my N53 engine is really good (normal driving 7.5l, fast autobahn sessions with 250km/h around 9l average).
All new turbo bmw models in dyno tests haves more horsepower ... Its not 252 ps... She haves 260-280 maybe... 116 F20 with 136 Ps haves 150-160 in dyno tests!!
Yup in my country, all the gasoline 3 series' get a sports exhaust, so even the 320i burbles on the upshift. And I have to say, BMW's current 4 cylinders do sound good, though not as soulful as the e92s 6.

I don't like how the B48 revs compared with the N20. Seems like a slower revving engine, probably has a heavier flywheel.

A simple remap on theese and you have easily 310-320hp. Hell a simple jb4 tune makes it on par with the e46 m3.

Wenn der Motor noch kalt is gib ihm 6500 Umdrehung dann läuft Kollege besser alles klar Wasser Temperatur unter 90 C sonst alles gut
