Most of what we see are just the best parts
Even then you can take joy in seeing others live healthy lives as it shows that one can live well
And after you get basics out of the way you can reach the same level of content and bliss in your own life regardless of what small difference you have in surrounding
And I know for some that time sounds far away and difficult to get to
But we have the internet and can have hope in each other to change the world and economy together
And also small changes in life like accumulation of small but precious things can give joy as well

Some peeps have it really tough so can't really experience peace of mind all that often let alone accumulation of items or spare money

3 mini orange pieces(🍊or you can juice them)
Desired amount of nectarine slices (I put about 4)
2-4 tbsps of honey 🍯
Cinnamon
Basil 🌿
Thyme
Rosemary
