I'm looking at this guy respond thoughtfully to questions in a gracious manner and I'm contrasting it to Biden (sometimes scary to hear him speak) and Trump (scary for different reasons). I was barely in my 20's when all of this was going on and I'm not sure I believe Reagan was in the dark about the Oliver North-Iran/Contra situation. However, Reagan isn't absent minded and fumbling as the press sometimes represented him (especially later on). To me , he seems to have more on the ball here than what I've seen since Obama (at least publicly). He has a gift of public speaking, he is engaging and he is "presidential". I guess the the presidential style, and maybe the style of our societal interactions has changed. Too bad.
Biden has always been a mean, stupid man. Now he's a mean, stupid man with almost unchecked power.
The only lasting thing Trump accomplished was the reversal of Roe v Wade. Everything else he accomplished has been nullified by the communists currently occupying the white house.
Reagan made lasting changes. There is currently one candidate who has the values and skills Ronaldus Maximus had: De Santis.
