Ready to pay an equal fare for the services provided. I have travelled in all classes of Indian Railway from 1st AC to General Class. The situation seems to be improving. Cleanliness found at railway stations these days is fantastic effort by sweepers.

Unfortunately all our politicians only like eating but don't want to give anything.. I am living in one of the posh areas and funny part is there is no dust bin at all in 600 to 800 meters distance.. I just can't imagine how difficult it would be for people living in slums... Also if government wants they can impose heavy fines but it would never happen coz they would loose next elections 😀.. In the end only people can bring change..

I have recently traveled in hamsafer express in 3A... And hum surprised ho gaye the itne sare changes dekh ke... Bahot hi accha laga... But ab sare passanger usko acche se rakhe toh kya baat hai.... Aiysa hi change sare train me ho maza aa jayega.... So happy to see improvement like this ..

80% dustbins will be stolen before its second journey. urinals will be blocked by packets of pan masala and tobacco leaves. passengers rarely steal the stuffs... it's the gang of thieves who steal and damage railway property when the train is left in yard for cleaning. and in most cases these thieves operate in liason with pantry staff & coach attendants. I am telling this after getting inputs from assistant security commissioner of railways. and these thieves don't demarcate if train is bound to North India or south India... so kindly put a break on your regional jingoism.

It had been 7 years and travelled multiple times in Hamsafar but got these coaches just for 1 time in Howrah- Pune route. Rest of them were normal ICF coaches. IR should implement what they are planning. Even if u see the vlogs on UA-cam on hamsafar 99% of them are in old ICF red coaches.
It's there... I traveled by Humsafar from Bangalore to Kerala But not everything was the same as shown in the video. Like there was no urinal in the washroom nor mini pantry but still was amazing

vivin panicker When I was in south India, I saw people usually eat dhosha, idli on the seat and spread the Sambar Dal all over the seat. After eating they just wipe the seat with a newspaper. Trains in hindi speaking area are most unclean. They have bad habit not to use water in toilets. In my opinion trains in north-east region including bengal are most clean.

I am 6'4" and I don't fit in any berth while sleeping. Please manufacture some coaches with extra leg room, consider us like a handicap in india (pun intended). I am ready to pay premium for it. This is one of two reason that I don't travel in trains, other being dirty washrooms. #LambeBhaiyonKoEkLambiSeat

No good facilities try to travel by Bhubaneswar krishnarajapuram humsafar you shall get to know how degraded this train has become one would feel cheated by all means.no curtains no display no such coffee machine nothing at all. May be you hv on other sections but not in the above named train. At least I felt cheated when traveled on dated 15.10.18 on this section.

Amrit Singh ji meri ticket 15 June ko tha lekin woh 16 ghante let chali 16 June 06.00 AM ko or bettiah aate aate 23 ghante let ho gya.... Ab to aap dekhenge ki iss train ki ticket koi nahi le raha hai
