You forgot to mention that Colonial Drive is the center of the Vietnamese community in Orlando. The cuisine that it offers certainly adds variety and interest to the Baldwin Park community since it is so close by . It is for sure not an area as attractive as Baldwin Park, but having said that, I think they have started to update the area.
$1,222.42 per month is the new HOA !! SHAME on you for promoting this place. This on top of $1,500 annual CDD fee. It's criminal to buy a home these days. It's even also criminal to sell a home with such astonishing fees !

@@ducheau100 It went up significantly in the past 6 months for townhomes and condos. Many of them will need new roofs and the insurance just went up alot so HOA increases went into effect just 6 months ago and this video was made a year ago.

Good point! That's under a ten-minute drive away from Baldwin. Our family loves the restaurants in that area!
Yes! We love all the Vietnamese cuisine nearby. So many great Asian restaurants nearby Baldwin Park. Thank you for mentioning that.

whats the Average HOA of baldwin park condos?
Thanks for watching! Condos are about $500 townhomes around $350 and SFH around $130 per month.
