- #TYPHOONULYSSES UPDATE - Today, I decided to do a drive-by around LANCASTER NEW CITY CAVITE to give you an update on the community after the wake of TYPHOON ULYSSES. As you all know, Typhoon Ulysses is one of the strongest typhoons of 2020, bringing flooding in different areas of Metro Manila, Cavite, Northern and Southern Luzon
FLOOD-FREE COMMUNITY. Thankfully, for me and my family, since we live here in Lancaster New City (Imus-General Trias, Cavite), we didn't experience any flooding. Umikot ako sa Lancaster New City today starting from Zone 1, Zone 2 and Zone 4 para ipakita sa inyo ang community at malaman ninyo kung bakit maganda at sulit ang investment ninyo dito sa Lancaster New City.
PS. Hindi din kami nagkaroon ng black-out na matagal (nagfluctuate lang ang kuryente kagabi) pero bumalik din agad ang power (no power outage/black out). Hindi din kami nawalan ng water supply (no water interruption).

Hi! Thanks for your comment. The reason why Arnaldo Highway ay binabaha is because the public highway doesn't have proper drainage system. Hindi na po sakop ng Lancaster ang pagpapalagay ng drainage system sa Arnaldo Highway :)

Napanood nyo na po ba yung one month ago na video ni “whatsUp Jhabby? Binaha po ang Lancaster. Ang hindi ko lang alam kung ang zone yun, anong model ng house or Anong phase kse gabi yung video…..

Hello! Based on my knowledge hindi po binaha ang Lancaster. Walang part ang Lancaster na binaha or pumasok ang water sa loob ng bahay. Please specify ano ang context ng baha. Is it flooding due to heavy downpour at hindi kaagad nadrain ang water but after the raining, nawala po ba agad ang baha? Because if that’s what happened, then hindi siya considered na flooded kasi kapag flooded, it will take a day or so bago humupa ang tubig.

And Ma’m Leslie….. sa ganang akin, importante pa ba kung nag-remain ang baha ng mga ilang oras, magdamag, isang araw or dalawang araw. The mere fact na sa sitwasyon ng bagyo -- tumaas ang tubig. Sa isang lugar na HINDI TALAGANG BUMABAHA…. Wala dapat na umaapaw na tubig sa kalsada. Tama or mali??? Kapag umapaw ang tubig sa kalsada …. ang daming dapat I-konsider di po ba? Mababa ang lugar…. maliit ang mga kanal…. Malapit sa creek…
Kaya nga po, panoorin nyo yung 2 videos na napanood ko. Nag-comment at nagtanong lang ako BASE sa napanood kong videos. Bakit hindi nyo rin po panoorin … at saka nyo sabihin na -- HINDI BINABAHA ang Lancaster.
@@leemarialourdes3565 Ma'am, nakatira po ako sa Lancaster at kung binaha po ang Lancaster, di sana po binaha kami :) Pero kidding aside, kinamusta ko mga clients last month at wala naman po sila nireport na binaha ang bahay nila.
Sa tindi po ng bagyo ni Paeng, the mere fact na hindi pumasok ang water sa loob ng house is considered a blessing. I would not consider Lancaster as flooded that time based on the video na magtubig sa kalsada sa kasagsagan ng bagyo/ulan dahil madalas po talaga na nagkakaroon ng "ponding" kapag malakas ang ulan at hindi kaagag nadradrain ng drainage yung rain water dahil sa heavy ng downpour.
I've been here in Lancaster since 2016 at eversince po hindi pa binabaha ang loob ng bahay namin.

Sad to say.. Binaha ho ang Lancaster Zone 3 yesterday…Oct 29, 2022 (Bagyong Paeng)…tsk tsk 😢..ang mga bubong ng unit nagsitagasan…low quality na materyales..manghihinayang ka talaga!
Wala pong Zone 3 ang Lancaster. Please specify your location and report this incident sa developer para mainvestigate Sir. Considering sobrang massive at lakas ng bagyo at ilang lugar na sa Cavite ang under state of calamity, Lancaster hindi lumubog sa baha. Nakatira po ako sa Lancaster at hindi kami pinasok ng baha sa loob. Please specify your location.

Umiikot ang Shuttle Buses sa buong lancaster, taga zone 2 ako at kapag trip ko pumunta ng zone 1 sasakay lang ako ng bus, mostly mga tao sa lancaster may E-bike or sasakyan. Di talaga pwede ang tricycle sa loob, pwede taxi kung nakasakay ka or ihahatid ka pero bawal pumasok taxi kung sususnduin ka. Mahigpit at maraming guard sa lancaster.

Feeling ko ikaw ang pwd kong lapitan pag uwi ko dyan sa pinas, minalas ako sa agent ko dyan di nya binayad ang pmbayad ko sa downpayment, di ako nawalan ng pag_asa kumuha ako ng bahay ulit sa tierra vista general trias nagkaproblema din, nag email sa akin 10,911 dw ang monthly dp ko, nag first payment ako nag msgs na kulang dw ang ibinayad ko yun pala almost 17k,diko na tuloy mahabol ang kulang kse expected ko 10,911 lng monhly ko, pinautang ko na ang pera ko late ko na nalaman ang correct computation.. Bukas daw cancel na.. Diko na mabawi ang naihulog ko.. Sorry nagshare lng ako ng aking naranasan.. Thank you.
