Nice to think that construction began when the foundation stone was laid in 1248 but it wasn't finished until 14th August 1880. So 632 years from start to finish, and they say modern builders are slow 🤣 Thanks Foss 👍
Wow....that cathedrial is one of the most stunning I have ever see.
the building time was nearly 600 years to finish the cathedral completly ,but there was a 250 year break where they have not enough money to build on
