I use this both commercially and recreational. DJI shot themselves in the foot with the latest software. Other than the third camera, it’s basically the same as the 3 pro
Can you do a video on the best tablet to use with a DJI? I've been flying my Air 2S both commercially and recreationally for the past year or so using an iPad Mini 4 for the display. It's usually good for about 20 minutes, but after 30 minutes or so the iPad gets really hot and the video starts freezing on the tablet. Any thoughts for a tablet that's 100% DJI compatible with a good battery life that can run in the Florida sun for more than 30 minutes? Thanks!
Lmfao. What a waste. Why? 107 is like hey I got a drovers license I might as well go get my cdl so I can drive a 18 wheeler bc I might need to use 1 1 tike my whole life
Best drone currently… Performance: Camera specs are just shy of mavic 3 specs. However, pictures and videos look very identical. Not really worth the extra $$$ for the mavic 3. Quality: Built very well and performs identical to mavic 3. In fact, I believe it’s better. Smaller motors = longer flight time. Lastly, Cost: Best bang for your buck. Performs just as well as mavic 3 at a lower cost and also gives you a FPV option for a bit of extra fun. It’s a great drone all round and will be for quite sometime until camera tech gets better. Two drones in one for me.
Eclipse and your Drone When the eclipse happens here in Houston we will be 90% effected. I thought I would take my DJI Mavic 2 Zoom and go up about 250-300' and park it there videoing the skyline of downtown Houston. Other people may have ideas on doing something like this.
Nothing more you would want than an Air3 offers..... please ..... the 3S or Air4 comes out with a 1 inch sensor and portrait mode and you will be on it like a rat up a drain pipe.
Thanks for the post but I don't shoot in portrait mode that often and a 1" sensor would be nice but probably not worth the upgrade. There are two really big things that could get me to upgrade and they would be an upgrade to the batteries that allow me to charge them quicker or a higher capacity and a swappable camera so I could move to a thermal when needed.
I really love my air 3 and no lie when I say the safety features of this quad have saved me from myself on more than one occasion.😅

I like the Air 3 for all the reasons you have mentioned. Good review.
Hey was wondering can you use the smart controller for the mini 2?
Is the zoom feature variable or does it zoom in steps? How many times is the zoom feature?

It comes with the rc2...
Do you know if it has a mechanical shutter? I was wondering about using it for 2d mapping
Very nice I like the controller
I have an Air 3 and plan to get my commercial license when I turn 16. Great video and drone!

This is an excelent drone! What I dont like: NO SDK.
Can you use the RC2 controller on an Air 2S?
No… RC2 uses O4 tech. Air2 s is O3
Thanks!
Its not really a midsoze drone. If it is then the air 2s is a mini now
