I received my Raptor Pro on June 1st, 2024. On June 25 and 27 I wore my watch at our swimming pool. Since the watch face has developed a green hue. I emailed support only to be told that, “water damage was not covered in the 30 day warranty” furthermore I didn’t purchase a warranty package, it would cost $45-$55 dollars for a replacement. I thought these watches were waterproof? My pool isn’t but 6 feee deep🤷♂️. The watch still works; I still love it. I just wish Alpha Gear honored their “waterproof” statement and send me a replacement for free.
I had the same experience and now they won’t allow me to return for a refund. I bought this product and was a bust, it play comercial on my TV even doe the future is off, I return it a month ago and have not recibe my money back nor hear from them

Would u know why yours is a bronze bezel and now its silver. Did they change it?
Yes the changed the look of it and it’s a vast improvement on the first delta pro
What's the difference besides the bezel color. I like the bronze better though
