You can make money using other people's clips on UA-cam? I did not know that.
It’s very, very common but I do it in a unique way. My content is labeled as “transformative” because I do narration, in other words, the narrative makes up most of the video more than the footage. As long as I have permission to download the clips & I tag the creator it is OK.
One example of what you should NOT do is reupload people’s content as the actual video/short
