For those who want to know, the movie is called shadow. They wear double sided umbrellas made w blades and they are pushed down a rainy wet hill hence the shimmying. And attack soldiers in the village by shooting as they spin down on there umbrellas made w blades that also reflect and break the arrows being shot at them.
