Nice! I did this too last year but I never speed clocked it. Mine was really ghetto built though and was uncontrollable. I used a Leopard 1625 9000kv. I dont think I hit 43mph though. I did hit a curb though.

Brushless combo, shaft, big gears 3.17mm using titanium custom shaft adapter.
How? I've got 9000kv running 3s and am only doing 81km. That on 3s will be over 100km

@@KaniZRC yea? The metal gear is the same size as stock gearing. Also due to chassis design the gearing max is (if you went 1:1 which I can tell you haven't because you have good acceleration) 29x29 sour and pinion.
Sorry guys but I have to call BS on this one. It mathematically is impossible and wouldn't mention his kv rating.
It's not BS dude, I'm running 40t 48pitch spur and 20t pinion. Bottom chassis had to be cut slot open for the spur so doesn't grind.
I build n modified rc for years so this is no rocket science.
