So, what I've taken from this is that this is right after the events of Queenie's abstraction, but instead of the characters being abstracted, they just get killed off entirely. I'm assuming this is the case after seeing the other unnamed member being killed off just before abstracting. I feel bad for all of the characters in this AU, but I personally feel sympathetic for Kinger. This is a great AU and I'd love to see more comic dubs of it. 💙💙💙
@Macadamica I asked Hootbon the other day, I said "What happens to a character when they abstract?" They replied with a description of how the humans, like Queenie, are in a limbo of life and death, losing themselves but being able to hear, see, and understand everything around them.

If i am correct this is more like historically accurate inspiration to "I have no mouth and I must scream" where Caine's AI acts more like am unlike his classic counterpart (which was also inspired from the same game and novel of I have no mouth and I must scream, but unlike am classic caine uses his ways to make players happy which is the only thing he's good at)
Betting you that this au is just the circus but instead of the place it is in canon it was made as a pure horror game but the ai's in it were made pre-game and only caine and bubble had everything about them changed with the main cast being the same as they were pre-game just looking different
