Wow!! What a beautiful walking tour today! I so enjoyed Chelsea! I just love the beautiful flower shops and the wonderful little cafes. Right at 3:18, I see a fabulous cement dog there in front of a shop. My type of thing. I love the potted plants and trees lining the shops. And right at 3My favorite is the quaint Chelsea where the Pavilion Road and Sloan Square are. My favorite are the independent shops - boutiques. I adore them. What a great way to spend a beautiful sunny afternoon. So the beautiful houses. What are "muse" houses? Oh and you have a Tiffanies????? Gorgeous. What a great way to fill an empty space but to build a fountain. I loved the Duke of York Street. Would love to see the beautiful art buildings. I am sure there are great pieces in there. And I am so happy you caught that wonderful gorgeous bench with the roses all around it. Red, pink, cream, and white roses. My favorites. And just as I was thinking how great it smells, you mentioned it. I enjoyed your tidbits of trivia of the areas in Chelsea and am so glad you featured this wonderful tucked away secret in London. There is a Chelsea in New Your, and it is a posh neighborhood area as well. But not nearly as beautiful as this. Blessings. OH, and and I loved the two little iron metal statues at the end. And the boy standing on his hands is just so quirky and fun!

Fantastic, so pleased you enjoyed it Luana. The independent shops just bring the area to life. The mews houses are the small one with what appears to be large garages - have put a link below to a different video with the types of houses. These were all converted as back in history these were the lodgings behind the big homes of the great and the good where the servants, horses (stables) and then vehicles were. They have incredible character. Thanks so much as always :)

@@LondonVisited Well thank you for that, Steve. I certainly appreciate that bit of history - yet again - something I never knew. I really enjoyed that video and the mews homes are so beautiful to see.

I want some of the pastries and definitely want to go 🚶 to the cheese 🧀 shop. You can never upset the cheese 🧀😋 lover in me. I remember the whole Sloane Square ⬛ period back in the day. The flower shops 😍 looked beautiful too. I hope the roses 🌹 on the bench didn't go to waste. That was a beautiful 😍 arrangement and I am sure that they did smell amazing. When I win the lottery and have my Muswell Hill house 🏠 I will come shopping 🛍 in Chelsea and surroundings. That was a pretty big Tiffany's. I love that you could eat out so much, and it looked such nice weather. The Duke of York Square ⬛ looked very nice. I am sure the prices in the shops are beyond most people's 💰. I would love an old mews 🏠🏚🏡🏘🏫. The Saatchi gallery buildings were beautiful. I want to know how 🤔😕 they kept that grass so green. A nice civilized video !!!

Love that Lesley, thanks - yes civilised in Chelsea and everytime I see a cheese shop you'll get a mention :) Now that is a fantastic combination - a house at the top of Muswell Hill overlooking London and shopping in Chelsea - now going to go off and do some lottery numbers and check for buses between the two :) Thanks as always :)

Chelsea in the daylight - and with spring just ready to burst forth on all corners! People-watching amongst London's fabulously wealthy looks to be so much fun - you can just hear them thinking to themselves: "I wonder what poor people are doing today?" Nonetheless: "I want to go somewhere where's there's cheese!" I can guess how much the ice cream costs: too. Two pounds? No, too much! Thanks for this loverly walkabout in the abundant sunshine. I love how you provide directions and connection of so many famous attractions, squares and roads - it's almost like London were one great big, interconnected, cosmopolitan city. Loved the rose-covered park bench - how nice of the local florist to spread the wealth. I'm a Sloane Square fan, so I will that that was my favorite part, though I'd be happy having an expensive ice cream in any part of Chelsea, though perhaps once it warms up a bit...

Almost as if! 😂 Yes very thoughtful and I bet by the end of the evening passers by would have helped themselves to those and selling them off in a different bit of London 😂 Thanks so much for watching as ever Mark 👍😀

My old place, although, yes, not at all familiar with the new little stretch you started on (Pavillion Road). Thank you, Steve.

As I commented, just lovely!! Steve, dont want to throw a monkey in the wrench (pun fun remark from the US meaning that I dont want to throw confusion in your channel policy), but have you and your family ever thought of throwing in a cooking video of your favorite family dishes just every now and again? Not too often, but just for a fun mix? I adore traditional English cuisine and would really enjoy those. Even if just simple dishes. I just learned that there is a difference between Shepards Pie and Cottage Pie. LOL I think both English dishes. Maby the fam could chime in? Just a thought from someone who loves to eat wayyyyyy too much. Sorry to veer off the subject of the video. Blessings.

The big difference is that there is more meat on a Shepherd than on a Cottage 😜🥁 Thanks for the idea although would cause confusion - sounds like a London Visited Cooking channel is needed 😂👍😀

@@LondonVisited Awesome and thank you. And I completely understand. If you start with different types of videos, you become a Hodge-podge of a channel. LOLO😅🤣🤣😂😂😂
