I love this. Since HP had started making the guts of the planners so plan I have been hoping for something like this. Now bring back the paper quality so I can remove/reposition my stickers and I’ll be happy 😊

I debated buying this custom planner but chose a more neutral one. It looks way better live. The foil and Color’s are so much better. Love the see the back side of dividers too, which you can’t when buying.
I ordered the Lunar Garden custom planner and love it. But I wish they’d moved the Currently Page inside the month where the blank page is now. The last page of the month could be either blank, dot grid or a notes page. Hoping they give size options in the future too.
I love this idea but really want to stay in a big size. Next year, I think, I’m getting rid of my journaling section so I want health and my catchall in the big. I’m moving into a bullet journal for journaling. This really has me thinking though. Thanks for sharing.
Yes, can we get a folding machine! I love doing laundry, can't stand putting it away. Also I feel like that boho and tangerine boxes from earlier in the year kind of resemble this system.

I am planning on getting a custom planner. I was thinking about using the front month page creatively or having it be a memory page of what happened that month - leaning toward putting pictures on it from the month.
I like the custom planners to a point, the choices are okay, although they don’t allow you to see inside the cover. I do like the options for the discs and guts, however, the extensions aren’t well thought out. What happens when I really like the fitness or budget section? You can’t get the same additional 6 months because you can’t buy them separately. I know I can buy different 6-month extensions, but my OCD would be nuts because they don’t match. But I hope this is just the beginning of how they plan to offer this. Thanks for walking us through this.

I use the currently page after the fact…! I know! I go back through all of my pictures and take one or two of the best pictures of the month and put them there. Kind of a reminder of a great month or great thing that happened so when I look back through the year or just last month, I’m reminded of a great event. My picture from the Westminster Dog Show is on my May Currently page :-)
I really hope HP moves towards independent dividers (no calendar on back) for ALL planners someday. I recently bought a hideously ugly planner on clearance for the layout but because of the asinine way they do dividers, I cant switch them out. Ive considerd buying a custom, just for the monthly pages and, I suppose, the dividers, even though I don't see any dividers that pique my interest. I think I'm hard to please 😂😂😂😂
Does anyone else feel this misses the mark? By "custom", i wanted the option of choosing any of the covers in the entire HP inventory. And i want to choose my own insert tabs. This just seems like a different version of their existing planners. Not truly custom.

From what I understand certain IP (example: Harry Potter, Disney, etc.) probably won't be available for something like this, but as for Happy Planner's original designs they may rollout designs in batches overtime (I'm just assuming/guessing).
I agree this feels a little limited as far as customization goes I think they could have offered that make your own cover set as one of the cover options and some variety in disc size would have been nice I prefer to keep my planers thin so I need the mini discs but overall I think it's a good starting point

I ordered my custom planner Monday and I'm waiting (not so patiently!) for it to arrive. I will probably leave the month page blank and not decorate it. But I do like your idea of using it for things like a To Do list or maybe menu ideas.
Love the custom option, but I use a Big planner so that leaves me out. When I started with Happy Planner, I used a classic size but now when I put my classic planner next to my Big planner it looks so tiny and I just love all of the room I have in my Big planner to decorate...I just can't go back to a classic size. In fact, I didn't find any planner in the Fall release that worked for me 100%, so I am holding my breath for the Winter release in hopes that something might get me excited, but it looks like 2025 might be the first year I have to use an undated planner. 💜
For that blank page with just the month name, I’d use it as the currently page and the one that is usually used for currently, I’d use as a monthly highlights page for the month it’s connected to (and just cover up the month name).

I wish they had more Simply Layout types for 2025 (I didn’t get one of the academic year releases from Walmart in time before they sold out). Thankfully, I was able to find the one and only Disney one on the Walmart webpage, but then it seemed to disappear completely completely from the app. only shows up if you’re on the web page lol
I'm not really liking anything HP has put out in this release. It happens sometimes. I have enough HP un-dated supplements, and covers from past planners I can use to put together something I'll enjoy using until their next release. I would love a robot to clean my home! The only thing out there is the round thing that vacuums the floor. We've had two. Not buying a third. It would be nice to have the current technology work before adding more. It would be great if high speed internet is high speed all the time. And our cell phones should work no matter where we are without service dropping.

I didn’t customize a planner because they are all classic and I like a big planner. I was a little disappointed. But I chose one I love.
