The first thing she got was wild garlic.on the way to the park near our previous house, there was a patch of wild garlic, that my mom always enjoyed picking some to take home and use in our dinner. It always smelled amazing!
Survival skills, I do not know where you live, but where I live in California we have a different species of wild onions and wild plantains that you could probably make the same meal with, and I am one of the few weird people who actually eats them. She's eating an unspecified species of wild onion and Plantago Asiatica, and here in California we have a wild onion called Allium Triquetrum and Plantago Major and Plantago Lanceolata. I do not know what the third plant is, we even did a search for the Chinese text using a Chinese translating app and it did not come up with something that produced a picture of a plant or a recipe. A UA-camr who recently visited my area tried the Allium Triquetrum and he said it tasted like some onion they grow in Japan that's grown specifically for certain festivals and is considered a specialty item. I can't see these videos without wanting to grow the plants, I have ordered seeds for some things I saw in videos and now have more plants to eat. It seems that for every plant a culture eats that they cultivate and sell in stores there are always hundreds more they eat that just grow there, or that everyone grows so nobody ever sells or sells seeds for. I love that type of plant, many of them grow without things cultivated crops need like weeding, fertilizer, or even soil, I have several leaf vegetables that prefer to grow in gravel and rarely be watered but taste like spinach. I love that type of plant! Please tell me what the third one is, if you know it's species or there's another name for it that would help.
