@@Baileyroberson looking forward to your Halftime review! I am enjoying build a lot! The optional day is also more of a cardio workout, so I'm thinking of doing move next for a bit more of cardio
I’m on my last week of move! It has been a fun program ! Definitely can be challenging and not for those who want to progress on specific moves quickly since you are switching things up pretty often. I found the most progress I made was in plyometric power moves and cardiovascular endurance. She sprinkles in enough that I still made slow progress with pull ups/push ups and some core moves. Would love to see an update. It’s nice to see others experience :)
That’s so great, I’m glad you have enjoyed it!! I do have a halfway update video up and will soon finish it and record my complete review :) it has been super fun! Definitely planning to repeat it once I finish!
I have a really hard time seeing whether Natacha’s programs are for beginners or not. I’ve been out of the gym for years now so basically starting from scratch. They look good but some of the moves also seem super complicated, like is this necessary to challenge me or will the basics be enough 🧐
I’ve done 2 of her programs and I think you can tailor them to your abilities! I totally agree that some of the moves are overly complicated, but I also feel like she just likes to train differently and switch it up, which I LOVE to an extent 😂 I really do think you could do one of her programs, even having been out of the gym! Just go super low weights and do the modifications she has if you need 💛
Natasha also has Restart which is specifically meant for people who’ve been out of the gym for awhile. You can also try one of her Home workouts to start since the moves aren’t complicated and either use no weights or just resistance bands.
This just sold me to try Move vs. Cut. Just finished Build and trying to figure out what's next. This was great, thank you!
Yay, I’m excited for you! I absolutely loveeee move so far. Keep me updated on how you like it :)
I love natacha! Currently doing build and I'm thinking about continuing with move. Would love another review 😊
How are you liking Build?? and I absolutely love move so far! I'm almost halfway so planning on doing a 50% review and 100% completed review :)
