Josh has been involved in a 9 year investigation by the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission over wild game violations while hunting at a well known outfitter in the region. As a highly public figure in the outdoors, we wanted to have Josh on the show to go over the FACTS of the case. Primarily What he was charged with, what he plead guilty to, and what his sentencing was. This is to dispel any and all rumors and false claims to what actually happened and what the courts decision was. We are not taking sides one way or another, just wanted to bring the facts of the matter to the forefront and allow the viewer and listener to develop their own conclusions.
