I had this issue where the neutral wire broke between multiple flats. My flat got double the voltage. I have DP MCB, RCCB, voltage controller installed and nothing tripped. Finally it damaged few equipments. I am being told that i may need phase sequence contoller. However its not easily available.
you need spd and RCBO installed right before your main mcb. dont buy mcb with high ampere rating otherwise it will not trip ever. provide earth to spd for it to work.
