6 scrap gives you "lucky" items (the component always transforms into a good item for your unit.) Belt on Corkis only "good" item is guardbreaker, so it always becomes guard breaker once you have 6 scrap
The component was Belt, so the only full Item belt can make that benefits AD is guardbreaker. Everything else is either tank item or AP, which lucky items wouldn’t build into Corki
Specifically. If you select a unit and hover over it's role in its unit card "magic carry" or whatever, it has 8 recommended items. Scrap 6 will always give one of them
Not without some weird circumstances. Urgot gives some (bad) sunder, but with all the items scrap builds, they should have their own sunder somewhere. Trist emissary gives 12% attackspeed which is big. If you cut Trist you could put in another emissary, but you dont want any, except maybe garden, but you don't have any other watchers. Maybe after a fair tracker cash out you might end up finding a setup for Urgot?
actualy I'm really curious to hear what other people think of that anomaly choice. i would 100% always put that on the corki just because it allows you to play for tempo for a bit, at 5-1 the lobby is 1 dude at giga hp, rain at 50 and everyone else is 2 lives and i just want to make sure that we outlive everyone at 20 hp. idk maybe thats why I'm not challenger but I'd rather anomalise this corki and play potentially for a second place here rather than hope that I hit rumble 2 in a reasonable amount of time, especially when we only have 1 copy and haven't even pushed 9 yet. what do you think? that fight on 5-1 was probably an anomaly on rumble diff for example.
I think it's different when you're in a tournament playing for points. Like if you're playing ladder trying to climb, sure anomalizing the corki is going to be the most consistent thing. But if you're in a point-based tournament and are in a spot where you can play for first, think you just do that every time.
I think it’s fine only because of Malicious Monetization allowing the possibility of hitting Rumble 2 on stage 5 at 9 (even though they didn’t). Otherwise it’s Corki for sure
I remember high elo players saying gargoyle is just a fake item rn. Like pretty good item early but fake later since there is no true solo frontliner this set
@ he was not a solo frontliner lol. You always had rell in, and often ran more sentinels like irelia and illaoi. Think solo frontline like wukong preservers or mech from set 3 where your frontline is literally 1 unit. Even so, the singed reroll comp gets out capped, so being strong early makes sense. I don’t think gargoyles scales well though
@@zachmurray9642 yea i agree with you but before singed nerfs id have him 4 star solo frontline since the other sentinels were pretty much only for trait except for illaoi which was pretty contested by the time i reached lvl 8 and he did really well
Nah fam. She might be a good player but a terrible Scrap pilot. Scrap damage is all on GP and Corki, so fhey need to be well built. GP deals way too much dmg backline to frontline him. Corki needs fo frontline since he tanks some then flight away, resetting targetting. This was painful to watch.
holding health and armour til 2-5 then slamming a sunfire as soon as warmogs is available should be illegal.. also had gargoyle sitting on bench since 1st round. very sub-optimal play

who tf slams warmogs as a priority? first belt SHOULD ALWAYS be sunfire, because it’s a good item after the buff, and it kills chainvest. Stoneplate is mid
she slammed sunfire bc of the antiheal not necessarily because of the tankiness it gives. gargoyle is mediocre at best on most frontliners as first slam

I would have put it on a 4 cost too, although in that scenario she was at like 50 gold so maybe she thought rumble 2 was inevitable

corki is shit without 4 arti, thats why.
Rumble is a win condition unit, while corki falls off in stage 6. It could easily secure you 2 more higher placements if you play smartly.

Gargoyle is trash. Warmog is good but sunfire is better. Slamming a sunfire without knowing what components your getting is sub optimal. 😂
