I love the progress and the work ethics everyone has . I do not want to seem rude, I mute the musical choice as it is very repetitive on the videos.

Very interesting but I have to say the music just repeated over and over and I had to mute it.

There does not appear to be any drainage areas in the retaining wall. If the wall retains water, it will undermine the walls strength over time.

Don’t worry, there is a pipe in the wall from time to time to drain the water and that's not everything yet

Did you include a drain in that concrete?

at the lowest point of the terrace there is a pipe that drains water outside the wall. in addition, drainage will be made on the top

This renovation is going to be very costly.

It is but which one isn’t. We do a lot of things on our own too

Che brutto il muro in cemento, forse per voi polacchi è meglio di un muro a secco in pietra, ma se quello in cemento cade va giù interamente mentre i muri in pietra si riparano facilmente

very good Italian (local) ingegnere is looking after the whole construction. we trust him and his recommendations. finally, such concrete wall can be covered with stone, then it will probably look better for you.

I am appalled. That is not a renovation, let alone the restoration it should be. It's a teardown and totally new construction. Don't you have to preserve ancient architecture in Tuscany??

      This building was a “stable”

Hard to follow what you are trying to do. Is it a renovation or new build. And why demolish small house. Is it not heritage protected. Also make it a bit more personal. Show how you are living in the meantime. Where you are sleeping, cooking etc. Otherwise mammoth project.

Thank you for your feedback. Have you watched episode 6? We said there that we transformed building no 5 into the temporary house. When we’re in Italy we live there. In each episode I mention some informations about renovation. I guess you have to watch them all to have whole look. Only the main house is treated like a HOUSE here so it’s gonna be renovated as you probably imagine that. The rest of buildings are rebuild (because it is better and easier to put “earthquake system” in it) but at the end all of them will be covered with the stone and from outside gonna be look traditional. Inside we love modern style so we want to combine modernity and tradition.
