Do you have a department to study software engineering?

I am a high school student in Syria and if god willing I will go to Sweden and my dream is to study informatics engineering
Does the Syrian Baccalaureate benefit me in Sweden or not?
Or take the baccalaureate and study the first semester at the Syrian University (Faculty of Informatics Engineering)
And then I get a marks check and come to Sweden?
and I wish you would advise me on this subject and thank you 🖤
