I agree… they don’t do anything but update rosters basically, and charge everyone $80. It needs to be like NBA 2k… where it’s an open board with stores, gyms, ODR’s etc…
The “Be A Pro” needs to be a complete storyline, again… like NBA 2k, but I think it should be in depth like starting from peewee hockey to juniors, to college etc…
Make it to where you can customize your own sticks and skates.
Unlock sponsorship deals etc…
That’s how it needs to be, and if we as the consumers don’t make that known, it will be the same 💩.
Definitely could do some of that stuff but I found 2k started to get excessive with it in my opinion
@@HaydenDamstrom-jn3rg Yeah, 2k got greedy is what it is. They put any and every way possible to try and get money from people… it’s definitely overboard. I just think that something like that style will be huge for NHL and EA.

2k24 is one of the biggest pay-to-win games ever made, it is horrible to play online.

I said it last year, and I'll say it again - PLEASE NASHER sim a year or two with the team before playing a season in NHL 2025 so that Rusty can level up his OVR to 80+ and can make a bigger impact in the postseason. He has the potential to put up McDavid numbers!

You should show your playoffs for Rusty as the seasons continue. I’m mid way through season 2 now in my first BaP since NHL 18 and once you get your second/third ability, the game gets a lot more fun imo! I put “it’s tricky” as my superstar ability right now over spinorama and breakways are too fun!

That first messed up pass you did signals for NHL24 to make the game "uphill". From then on it will be harder to score, their defense will play better etc. I dont know what it is but if you play BAP long enough you can feel that some games are already predetermined.
Just cause rusty lost, doesn’t mean he gives up. Next season rusty will dominate
If you go through the offseason, you'll probably come back with a higher overall. More speed/accel, more agility, more shot accuracy.

Was really hoping to see Rusty advance to the next round to face my home team the Caps cause I don't think I've ever seen ya play against them, granted I was fully anticipating the Caps losing in 4 to ya haha, but I'll take that unexpected ending! Maybe in NHL 25 Rusty will finally play against the Caps and not SIM past... or perhaps maybe play for the Caps?

Towards the end of your video you have a screen pop up with a bunch of trade offers (Detroit, Ottawa, San Jose etc) with salaries and yearly contracts.
I’m new to the game, I’m about to start my 3rd season and I’m trying to get traded/trade offers (so I can play with the Canucks) but I don’t see anywhere this option for trading?
Do I have to play in the league for a certain amount of seasons before I can get trade/contracts?
Up until now it’s just been the once a year “request a trade from GM” option. And I’ve tried save-scumming like a hundred times but just can’t get my team to pop.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
