You’d think by this narrative that the independent panel didn’t state 3 times in their summary that the Premier League had BROKEN THE LAW.
In one page of summary they said the Premier League had:
1. Acted unlawfully 3x
2. Acted unfairly 3x
3. Acted unreasonably 2x
These pundits are trying to say it’s some kind of draw. It isn’t, City got what they went to court for and won hands down and the Premier League are now fucked.
Big compensation pay out coming and the media can try and spin this however they want but it’s game over for your red shirt cartel darlings!
💯 Pc on the money 💰💰 buddy the red cartel and the premier League are totally fxxxxx now 💰💰💰 🏆🏆🏆🏆
ARSENAL have taken £259m in interest free loans from shareholders. If interest was being charged at just 6% that would cost £15,540,000 per year. Liverpool have taken £137m, which would cost £8,220,000 per annum. Clubs slagging off City for overinflated sponsorship deals are doing dodgy stuff themselves. And all but 6 clubs have taken these interest free loans. Everton are top with £451m and surprisingly in view of their lucrative player sales Brighton are second borrowing £373m. These deals are bound to come under scrutiny now the genie’s out of the bottle
Citeh refused to declare all their deals, other clubs deals were given to ffp even before they were asked let alone refuse
Quite rightly. Rules were concocted to protect the red cartel, simple as that….
@@michaelmckie9164 Soot on. Protectionism!
@@jahmulugu4425 We’ll find out more at the end of the 130 charges case
City exposed them
Red army in the mud.
Do talksports pundits ever listen to these 'experts? They're somehow literally less informed than the average talksport viewer. Maybe listen instead focussing on the next question to what the producer is saying in ya ear. Amazing how little they know/what they get wrong, which always leads to basic/shite questions
Old red nose and Gills agenda against the best run club in league is crumbling …..😂
Arsenal in the mud lol financial doping and still won nothing lmao😂
@@KevinJohnson-o7h this is financial doping with out drug. Nobody noticed.
Ok
It's not financial doping with the owners loaning the club money mate check your facts it wasn't against the rules, will be included in the future in ffp and Arsenal will adjust to that
@grasspatch1167 in the mud lad.
▪︎Dark Arts Arsenal
▪︎On and Off the field?😂
Masters should be in jail, allowing £1.5 billion in illegal interest free loans by Arsenal and the other cronies, I hope city sure them into bankruptcy
▪︎If PL Charges proved
▪︎Media - Relegate City
▪︎If PL Charges unproven
▪︎Media - Investigate PL?😂
At this rate Newcastle's PIF should sponsor man city for a billion pounds a season and man city's ethihad should sponsor Newcastle for a billion a season too... then the PL cannot say it is self sponsorship. How are they ever going to determine what is a fair valuation? No one can tell you how much you can make an offer for a house or car. Makes no sense
So if City & Newcastle can sponsor themselves for 10 billion a year you think that's in the best interest of football? You don't even believe that ffs 😂
@@mikem8211 bro, at this point I couldn't give a f anymore... the league clearly plays favourites, and I'll continue to watch my team and enjoy it. But I can't handle the turmoil it brings to my life if a get too involved in it, because it's never been fair and whatever happens with the case , it won't be fair.
I don't think city and Newcastle should be allowed to buy the league, but I also don't think the stupid PSR rules are fair currently, it only benefits the established "big 6" , how do they help a Palace or forest from spending to compete?
My annoyance is the fans of Liverpool, spurs, arsenal and man united pretending like the playing field was level in the 90s, 2000s, 2010s. It's never been level, it never will be, at this point I couldn't care less where the scales dip anymore
Fair market value.
@R18Y who determines what's fair? The other clubs they compete with? Seems illogical to me.... if you say the league itself, they can't win a legal case that seems clear as daylight. Seemingly lost a case that prevents self sponsorship, can't seem to punish city for the 115 charges... if Newcastle and city went rogue and do what they want, it'll take 20 years to get a verdict against them. The league is a joke at this stage
@RaseYourProbs Yeah but there was no rules back then even Chelsea as much as I hate them when Roman was splashing the cash there were no regulations. Everyone has money in the Prem rules need to be reformed but we can't be making up whatever sponsorship deals we want. The rules are outdated remember the only reason they're coming for City is because they were hacked and all the evidence has already been printed in dispigel Personally the Prem should've done something 10 years ago not now. The Premier league are incompetent and for that reason I believe City will find a way round it
Results every 1 expected. 🎉 Surprising to any 1?
Id say sponsoring treble winners is a fantastic return
Man City has the best owners in world football - they have done long term investment in a run down area of East Manchester creating 2000 new jobs, worked with the local council to create 34,000 new affordable homes around the old Maine Road ground. Manchester City's owners' investments are creating record amounts tax national insurance and VAT for the people of Britains' benefit. Also if a club like Arsenal or Brighton are borrowing 100s of millions of pounds with zero interest charged, that is giving tax free money, which isn't recorded properly and if the clubs doing this financial trickery have to pay interest retrospectively it will cause chaos. Apparently Brighton are borrowing £317million a year free of interest and so in Arsenal £259million a year etc.
They got a ground for nothing from the British taxpayer, while Manchester City Council, which puts rainbows all over Manchester's Gay Village, accepts hundreds of millions in investment from a despotic regime, which decapitates homosexuals. Burnham is a hypocrite.
Talksport giving Danny Murphy his own show just to talk negative about every prem club except Liverpool and hasn't got a clue
What will happen to clubs that have taken massive interest free loans from associated parties??? It’s just as bad as over inflated sponsorship deals.
They are apparently going to put it up as equity :'), they are getting away with it. Will be interesting moving forward though that's for sure.
@@kattphatt I could be wrong here, but I do remember City getting done for that in the past - getting additional funding that they said was equity and the PL said no. If that is the case (and I am not sure), then surely this too be yet another example of a double standard no?
How is it just as bad?
One was within the rules at the time, and one is against the rules and a deliberate attempt to circumvent the rules by dishonesty .
@@M4tt888_because the rules aren't fair and are clearly intended to help certain clubs and attack others.
@@M4tt888_ Are you confusing the cases here? I am talking about APT and if was ruled to be illegal under it's current form. So NO, there was no circumventing the rules at all. As per the 115, the PL is alleging City circumvented the rules. Are you just confused or what? Also, City brought the lawsuit vs the PL
Lastly, the PL was saying they dont want there to be the ability for club to circumvent the rules and get an unfair financial advantage and hence APT. Yet for whatever the reason, they had no issues with giant interest free loans, which is absolutely an unfair financial advantage and now the rules are being changed to address that and the illegality of the APT rules.
Justice Served ⚖️
Now 5 in a R⚽️W 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
Nobody cares about Man City.
Every arsenal fan should boycott talksport 100% im doung you do it ❤
I'm done with the premiership!! It's just pure corrupt! Championship will be getting my attention more now.
U r a liar 🤥‼️🙄
Well if your a united fan you might get your wish this season 😂
Then don’t watch it.
ah yes, cause that's much much better with much more straight owners? it's a cesspit but gets attention
Don’t forget to pick your dummy up off the floor on your way to the championship kid
The rule books got holes in it 😂😂😂. More holes than a colander
Arsenal are clean.
How much was in the briefcase?
Millions from the Red sides to the Prem...All attempting to keep their cabal. Good for City.

That's original.
We took oil this time in the gold briefcase.
Your mums strap on and your dads pride is what was in the suit case you sausage
So city win because the FA can no longer can as long to review related party payments in case the related party gets fed up and sponsors someone else !!
It never had anything to do with the FA ffs 😂😂😂
