I have very low end laptop which can't even play GTA5, but I love 3d modeling. I have been trying many renderers which can run on my laptop, and Marmoset came out the best amongst them.I have tried Arnold and Vray in 3ds max, and color reproduction are superior than marmoset but took hours to render the image, which marmoset rendered in just 10 minutes. Marmoset is truly awesome. Can't wait to run it on my powerful pc in future.
I’m a little confused where it fits in the pipeline if you’ve already got Substance. It seems to have many overlaps. I don’t understand why you’d use it if your using Substance to unreal for real-time rendering but I see it.
If you have pieces or characters with accessories that shouldn't bake ao's factoring other the pieces its intersecting or close by theres options to help seperate baking pieces and other baking real time tools and options to help really big and small but problematical noticeable issues that substance painter does not offer. It is also so much more user friendly compared to unreal engine for rendering as well. So most people prefer to bake in marmoset, then go to substance painter, then back in marmoset to do presentation renders, turn arounds, export marmoset viewer, etc.
This is exactly my question😂 and the thing confused me most: almost every unreal artist has marmoset on their pc! I just don’t get it. I think I’ll just try it out cus i don’t believe it so much
Hey, do I need marmoset if I texture in substance and render in keyshot? I've used the Baker years ago but substance can bake maps too and keyshot is pretty good. What else can I use marmoset for?
Can someone help what can I use it for? I model in zbrush. Texture in substance and render in keyshot. I used it long back to bake normal maps but am wondering if I should pick it up again and ditch keyshot
there is literally no documentation for marmoset toolbag and I am sick of experimenting everything all by myself. I really wish to start and learn marmoset toolbag but I am too old for this shit anymore
besides in Substance painter it is compatible with substance designer, I don't use designer either but I can buy hundreds of smart materials in a very cheap price in artstation. If i use marmoset I'm pretty sure I will limited what is given. I don't want to bother to learn making materials & smart materials as a both 3d artist and video game developer at the same time

Love from india ,and this video is makes me more comfort about 3d
This looks interesting. It's the first add-on render UI I've seen. Looks nice for PBR work too. I may investigate.
Good Tool. Having more competitors is good for users to get the better features.
💯
It will probably be bought by some big monopolistical company like adobe bought figma....fruits of capitalism unfortunately.

lol every video poorly explains it. I don't get it either. UA-camr sounds like he's reading the press release from their website.

Can you import models from daz studio into here to texture and render?
Do you have a beginners tutorial somewhere on your channel? I really want to learn how to use blender to create and animate my own models.
Thank you for this daily update, very nice videos bro
Thanks.. you always have a helpful video!
Saya belum pernah coba Marmo, selama ini Masi pake substance painter
Yes but can it help you wake and bake?
cool ...and help full vdo
marmoset is hands down the best, fast renderer out there. Yeah unreal, it just takes a while to set up. Evee? Not comparable to Marmoset shaders.
