to empty the clean water tank all the way, Simpy push on the little notch in the bottom and the water will come out. you should be able to get the last remaining water out this way.

I just bought one yesterday and have yet to clean the carpet. We get a professional carpet cleaner in and, as you can imagine, he costs an arm and a leg, so he only comes once a year, and the high traffic areas get pretty filthy during that time. Hopefully, with this and more regular cleaning, these stains will disappear and the carpet will be like-new (or as close as possible).
Thank you for this video; the instructions are absolutely hopeless, to be honest with you!

So I watched this video before I purchased the proheat version which is nearly identical. I may have figured out emptying the clean water tank a little better. On the bottom there’s the nozzle that has the black little plunger in there. If you press on that black part inside it’ll move up and release the water. May have to use a small item to press it like a pen or paper clip. It does at least empty it out a bit more.

Carpets, Vinyl, Paint, Mattresses, Furniture, Teflon Cookware, Plastic Storage Containers,Toys & Gas heating for cooking is ver bad for peoples health - Pollutes the Home. That is why the interior of our house is more often than not more polluted than outside - this is why X Ventilation is vital in houses to keep the air flowing through & out windows & doors. I’m lucky all my doors & windows are opposite each other - so there is always a flow of outside air moving through the house (except on cold days) Formaldehyde is even on new clothes & bed linen etc - that is why we are told to wash before wearing or use … I don’t use any cleaning Products except Vinegar & the liquid that comes with the Bissell Machine (Machine is Plastic). Hi, is the water that sprays out supposed to be hot/warm?
We’ve just bought a brand new one and the water comes out cold?
    Thanks in advance.

@@hayleypuzey awesome, thankyou for the reply 😊👍 my wife initially assumed and told me it was some kind of steam cleaner when we went out to buy it, so you can imagine my confusion when i started using it 🤣 it worked really well though, very pleased.

Hi i bought bissell I have same couch as you but mine got spots on it lighter than couch it is noticeable. What could be wrong?

Could be not sucking up the dirty water properly? It takes a bit to get used to doing it. The first time I did it, I didn't get all the water out of it and it had spots too.

Not long, and it will depend on how dirty they are as to how much water you will need.

@@hayleypuzey You do look like her. I came across your video I have a small Bissell a Spot lifter. I am trying to remove a couple of bedded stains that a cheap detailer wasn't able to clean from the light color cloth seats of my SUV. I read your profile. I take it you are a cleaning Guru. Do you think that cleaner will work? I googled Onguard but it didn't lead to any cleaner. Any advise would be appreciated ....Thanks.

@@btqy haha I wouldn't say I'm a guru, but I have had alot of success with natural cleaners. On guard is a doTERRA product which may be why you couldn't find it. But this machine does come with its own cleaning solution too. All else fails, try the good old bicarb and vinegar or soda water paste!
