The only setting which is mandatory is if you want either Wily Castle 9 or Wily Castle 10 or Both as both 9 & 10's Robot masters will be randomly selected & the ones that did not get chosen will be the Weapons Archive boss along with a MM&B Robot master Except for Dynamo man as hes been switched over for Jupiter from Megaman World 5.

I think you misinterpret what 'Wily Wars' style means.
In the original game, a lot of the songs play just fine, at a constant tempo.
sure, some are slower and faster than others, but they're not completely random, as you claim.
