Cool deck. Sadly does look too slow, any support Kairi gets tend to tailor to her gr4 version. Also doesn't this deck kinda lose if it has to go 2nd?

Not necessarily, the deck draws a a bit to survive the persona ride turn. If you get the cards you want but yeah everything always going towards Grade 4 Kairi 😭

With more cards that emphasize persona riding, G3 Kairi seems to get more use.
