as a kid in the 70s in south Florida these were great, had a sugarcane crusher and a O.J. juicer in my yard next to the citrus trees and you could always get cut sugarcane stalks from the super market. that and a bucket of Ice and we had Fresh lime aide or lemon aide. the sugarcane juice was sticky sweet but with lemon or lime it was real good on a hot day. not so much with grapefruit juice.
DancingBacons location for the first drink: a nice little bench probably outside of the place where the vending machine was The second location: *on the edge of a building*
Tried this sugarcane machine last week, the cup lid was very sturdy feels feels reusable but can't taste the lemon in the lemon version. It was delicious though!
It tastes like sugar water but not as sweet as refined sugar and it does have a bit of a fiber taste like someone else mentioned in the replies. It honestly does taste pretty refreshing when cold.
Fascinating machine. But you didn't get much juice in the cup. I'd need 2 of em to be happy(without lemon). The lid operator needs to be fired lol.. that part made me laugh when it failed its job of putting the lid on tight 🤣
When I lived in Louisiana with my dad, there was a sugarcane field next to our apartment and down the road was a sugarcane factory. It always smelled so bad when they burned the sugarcane. I honestly kinda miss it.
Just imagine how much shit you see in the store nobody actually needs, and it comes in 3 different layers of packaging for no reason other than to look pretty. The amount of pollution humans produce is disgusting.
can't believe i'm this early. I usually watch your vids at night when I can't sleep... it's 9 in the morning in our country and I haven't slept yet lol
I live in Brazil and sugarcane juice is like a culinary heritage and a perfect duo with "pastel de feira", that is a dough made of water, salt, wheat flour and some grease, and can be stuffed with ground beef, cheese, palm heart, pepperoni, codfish or anything you want, and the guys usually sells sugarcane juice with the flavours yellow passion fruit , pineapple, lemon, mint and ginger. If you guys from Dancing Bacons would return to this machine, you can buy half liter of sugarcane juice, bring it to home and blend the juice with strawberries (aprox. 15 strawberries), it's so good.
When I was a kid and visited relatives in asia, there was a stand that would sell fresh sugar cane juice in a bag with ice. They would put a straw in it and close the bag with a rubber band. The stand basically had a damn block of ice on the table and picked at it when people ordered one lol. Not very sanitary looking back... I recall it was like basically drinking pure sugar... Delicious. Cane juice was great but nothing could beat cutting up a fresh coconut scooping it all out and putting everything on ice. Even bad coconuts were good lol. I miss those simpler times.
In Indonesia the children will immediately take sugar cane and eat directly, they say, it's sweet, if you eat it directly But I have never tried metik and eat directly and in the video there is already a machine that quickly makes juice I really want to try it too.
The nutrition facts are totally wrong! The served size is not 100GM is 240ml. There is no "GM" the correct is "g" of grams. However this is a liquid is in "ml" milliliters In the machine's nutrition facts it says "Sugar 7g" and "35 kcal" actually for each cup (serving size 240ml) there are 183 kcal and 17.14g of sugar. In addition the nutrition facts on the cup being also wrong says 73g of sugar! (A can of Coke is 40g!) If someone with diabetes drinks it they can die. For $2 you can get a super big cup from almost any where in SG, really no reason to buy from a vending machine.. Plus, most places use the glass cup which is more environmental friendly than all these plastic usage for a small drink.
Why would you take a second straw if you had a cub before you could have used the straw from that one on your second drink. Stop Over using plastic save the turtles.
I would you show supermarkets in Japan. I love this videos, but the cameraman used to speak a lot and show just a little (it's tiring and annoying). Sorry for my english, I'm brazilian and I hope you understand me.
From your all vending machine videos, only this serves 100% natural. Other vending machine foods are full of preservatives and dozens of other artificial things
The fact you bring a tripod everywhere to be able to record things it's both surprising and amazing at the same time. Thanks for all the nice videos you make for us!
great review. thanks. but can't help to wonder why you didn't use the same straw to drink the second juice. so you actually don't need to take straw again. It's a waste, I think. No offense.
Anyone else notice the nutrition label on the machine was different from the one on the cup? It's a bit blurry but the sugar amount on the cup looked much higher than the one on the machine 🤯
That little arm's entire purpose in life is to push the lid down on top of the cup, and it can't do it properly?
Poor little lid arm...
It actually did push it on right.... Watch later n vid to see....

What does sugarcane juice taste like?
20 years ago I made sugar cane juice with my hands.
It's adorable; the machine failed to secure the lid just like a real person would.
Machines are cute
They put so much effort
And sometimes they make a 0.1% chance oopsie
Next level human replication.
You were sucking out that poor lid character's brain juice!
You lol
OH NO!
Yup, had the same thought... Frog brain juice

Honestly I dislike these comments. They don't make any sense.
Whatever
I know right who cares if theyre first or fucking not
Who cares who's first, whats second and I don't know for third. I wish people would just comment and leave it at that.

It's very sweet delicious and refreshing you should try.
I drink daily .......here in our country it costs 0.20$ for 400ml
It tastes sweet as sugar
It tastes like sugar water but not as sweet as refined sugar and it does have a bit of a fiber taste like someone else mentioned in the replies. It honestly does taste pretty refreshing when cold.
It tastes real good

Was it the domino sugarcane factory? If so, the factory caught on fire a few weeks ago :(
@@Truthbetold144 I don't know. I was really young when I lived there. It's in Thibodaux.
Singapore is a lot more advanced than the United States when it comes to vending machines.
Yeah we'd break them.
I've never seen this machine, cool! I love seeing all the awesome things you guys eat and drink. Thanks!!
I tried it before at IMM shopping center ! The taste is great ! My daughter totally enjoy it and now this machine is my favourite .
Never ceases to amaze the amount of trash needed for 6oz of “juice”. One suck. Gone.

Hi, my friends!! Thank you for another video!! I hope you're doing well!! 🥰 Sending love from Baton Rouge, Louisiana!! 😁 💙💙

I love food!🌹
Are the machines made in Italy like the Orange juice vending machines?
Here in mexico we cut the sugarcane so we can get a square stick and then bite the flavor off, idk if it's done somewhere else.
Back in the 80s when I was a kid, you could sometimes find sugar cane in the US grocery stores. Not so much anymore though.
@@dacheet8174 here you can find It enywhere, but its More common during christmas because we fill some pinhatas with fruit and another with candies.

I would think sugarcane juice almost NEEDS the sour acidity from lemon to balance out the plain sweetness. Maybe that's just my Western sensibilities.

Hi hi hin
Love when I randomly catch your video early!
U want to try sugarcane juice pretty good Come to India xd
En España las cañas están tan secas que solo te darían un disgusto, saludos.
1.47 US$ for one (not full) cup of juice! Thats quite expencive. Unfortunately there are no sugarcanes where I live so cant try this one :(
$2 for that quantity it fill up.. hmm.. I rather let the Sugercane Uncle squeeze it manually. But thumb up for the innovation.
In #india most of sugurcane juice seller use lemon in juice....and it is common ... No one asks for only sugurcane juice without lemon....

Which place and which company. I think it's still need some degradation...
Hmm so the sugarcane only got squeezed once then got discarded? That's damn wasteful, we need to do 2-3 rotations to bot waste all the juices.
bruh u get the same amt of freshly crushed sugarcane juice in Mumbai for 0.4 $ (USD)
In the clip u need 2$ for once small cup,in our country Vietnam with 1$ you can have 4 big cups:333
