Oh gosh, that's really a trial and error type of thing, depending on your personal preferences, and inspirations. It took me ages to get some dialled in, but even those don't always work and I carry on experimenting.
I'm contemplating a MidJourney subscription to create images, especially since I'm skilled at using prompts. My plan is to open a Fiverr account to sell these images and fulfill requests from clients. I'm wondering whether it's essential to be proficient in editing software. Should I prioritize acquiring Photoshop and honing my skills through UA-cam tutorials before beginning with MidJourney? What's your perspective on this approach?
Hi Phillip, how are you? I have a question: Can I save and store my creations? Can I pay premium AI for 1 or 2 months and go back to the free plan and still use and own my images?😎👌
It really is wild what the image generative AI can do! I have been meaning to give it a try, I think this finally is pushing me to just give it a go to see what I can come up with. It has been great seeing all the images you’ve been generating!
It is amazing what A.I. can do in terms of art, I'm blown away. The second it can react to more detailed prompts so we have even more control is when it will be really pushing it. Right now though, it's worth a try to see what you can create, not everything looks great, but a lot is already looking very, very real.
I must say, these are masterpieces! It's like you have finally found your favourite artist you'd hope you'd stumble across. I can only imagine how you must have felt creating these from the prompts from your imagination! Must have been an amazing feeling. Could you maybe just do a simple upload of your favourite 100 pieces,...maybe set to some music. That would be great to see 🎉🎉
I’m not sure that’s a video that I’d want to do. Here I tried to share what I’ve learnt in MidJourney so you can see what can be created. I’ll carry on experimenting and sharing my knowledge on the subject. Thanks!
Yeah, I was the same, until Wirestock got in touch, I was like - eh, it's not really for me, I'm a fan of analogue photography. Then I tried it, and I've literally been sucked in creating whatever my mind has always dreamed of creating, it's wildly addictive.
I genuinely feel scammed. After registration you can upload only 20 pictures or have to buy subscription. I don't see a big demand for AI pictures, and can't imagine how it would pay for itself.
Really? You thought they were going to open a website, do all the work for you and then not take any money for their service? That is rather wild. As for demand, I think that'll increase depending on the amount of control we get over AI art. My biggest problem is repetition, I can't, or quite possibly do not have the knowledge of how to repeat a models features, so I could use her or him for a story in various surroundings. I think when we get access to that kind of power, things will heat up even more.
@@PhillipSkrabaSkeptical because photos are now a commodity. Don’t you need to invest time and money in marketing to truly make it a passive income engine that’s worth the investment you put in? How much money are we talking about here anyway? Are you cash flow positive?
To get rich you have to do something different than what thousands of other people are trying to do. This "AI picture sell" is idea for hobbyists or desperate.
Well, I never said rich. However, if your imagination and skill for working with A.I. prompts is good enough, who knows. The future is unknown, especially with what A.I. has brought to the table in the last year.
@@PhillipSkraba I already did it a couple of months ago. Not everyone can be an artist and I just want to do what's within my talent reach. I can use writing to write a book, but I don't want to do it to create a photo. Let's see how it will end. All the best for you and keep your videos coming.
Oh hell, I fully agree. I think it’s good to keep an eye on it though, have the knowledge and be up to date, or like you said, some of us could be killed off. I love creating, this is a totally different tool for that, one that scares and excites, and personally I hope it will just be a novelty and humans will win, but seeing how fast it’s coming I’m starting to doubt that.
@@PhillipSkraba I was never afraid of the future and I always liked progress and new technologies but in this case, it’s a tool that takes work away from artists and those who invested in knowledge and gives space to frustrated people who never knew how to do anything. ho much you sell in this place?
Trying to create very cinematic photos of landscapes and cityscapes what are some great prompts Thanks

Oh gosh, you can upload 1 or 100, it really depends on the quality of your work and if it’s in need.
@@PhillipSkraba Thanks is there a way to find out what best selling trends are sorry still learing

Nah, you can just use Midjourney. It’s a lot of fun, but can be frustrating at times getting what you have in your head into an image.
Hi Phillip, how are you? I have a question: Can I save and store my creations? Can I pay premium AI for 1 or 2 months and go back to the free plan and still use and own my images?😎👌
I have all my images saved, yes. I paid for 3 months, got bored with AI and went back to holding my camera, much more fun!
Hey Phillip. Great video as always. Which plan do you use on Midjourney?
Thank You! I think it's the middle one, blasted through my credits in 4 days though lol.
@@PhillipSkraba ha yeah! I’m guessing that’s the 15hrs per month. Won’t last too long.

There's a version 5.1 now?!!!!! I didn't think I left Midjourney that long ago.

I have a load more, will be sharing more as we go 👌🏻

So far I treat AI like an ant hill. I'm not too keen to poke it.

Scary shit and beautiful at the same time 🤯
Scary and beautiful, damn right.
well.. maybe when it was fresh or new but now.. EVERYBODY got a hands on AI image generators, that would hugely affects the AI image selling market.
To be honest, I got bored with it within a month, and now all I want to do is hold a real camera. It's fun, but poses no challenge at all.
