Valid questions! Everyone is going to be in different stages, but you will be talking to people in different stages as you go. If you're looking to make sales after warming up the audience, you're now talking to the people who are in the stage to make a decision for example. If you are just starting out, then you will have to leverage a lot of competitor insights and do a lot of experimenting by using what is already working for them that would also help you achieve your goals.. remember, the main goal is to be on the same page with your client about their expectations in terms of results and constantly communicate what is achievable and your progress with them.
Do we need to get access to their socials (they giving us their passwords to us) to do the content strategy for them?
You don’t have to with Semrush that I use in this video, but it would be ideal to see some of the native analytics of the platform
