Good stuff, dear Sensei! I understood those movements on quadrant quite recently, though I practice sambo/judo almost 8 years (start when I was 60 :-)). Tai sabaki is not a proper way of movement, but it is an instrument to deal with Uke: we use construction "elbow - knee - foot", straight spine to move him. In this case we use less energy (it comes also in this way, for example, when we row - strong muscles begin to act). So, while making tai sabaki we must keep it in our minds. And thanks for your video - I'll do those movements in my morning exercises❤
This video is worth more than half of the cd sellers around UA-cam.. Big thanks, oss

I love the way you present your exercises. What is the diameter of the boxes in inches or cm? I would like to use them with my kids.
Amazing. Exercises. How big is the square ,in cm?
you have the dimensions of the square? :)
shoulder length.
Nice 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Can you give the measurement of the marks... Which you have created in the start..??? Please it will be helpful.... 👍🏽👍🏽
It's about 18 inches each side (it's good to measure the width of your shoulder, and it will be each side).
So the sides of the square are about equal to the width of your soldiers?
