I was 38, when I started with Judo, so I just got my 6th kyo. I'm not the competitive type of guy, but I love being Uke and feel quite safe being thrown around. So I assist my sensei, when he trains the youngest. Sometimes he lets me warm them up and after this program here, I will definitely put some more foot- and hip-work into my small timeslot, when I'm allowed. You really got me with this. ❤
Thank you for sharing 12Judo Exercises, You are excellent Judo Instruction. I have learned from you the a lot of scientific methods of judo techniques. I will share your techniques to my Son, Brother and Friends
How’s the Judo scene in Mexico? Here in Canada Mexicans are known more for boxing, haven’t seen any Mexicans in the Olympics for Judo, is it popular out there ?
@@JuanGomez-sr9ft What martial art is popular in Mexico ? I've seen some taekwon do from Mexico in the Olympics but other than that nothing else. Perhaps Bjj or MMA is more popular there.

The Tsugi Ashi exercise is almost identical to Boxing's foot work. When you have effective combat systems, they end up being very similar.
Indeed! What works, works after all
There is no “Canadian” or “Japanese” geometry 📐
Boxing, Krav Maga, Muay Thai
@@melvindunn2234 Cancel Krav Maga from there, too many McDojos around who don't do full contact.
@@astrosherlock374 This is true. Beatings are necessary to get the full effect.
But, Judo is older than boxing, right?
I'm a 18 years old girl, about 75Kg and I want to start judo this winter and these exercises are really good!
I hope you're having a good time man
Its the little things that make the big difference.... Sensei Nakano is a master at improving your judo with the most important parts...
