Which is the max distance that you have tried it? I am looking to buy it for the breaker mode option but I don't find any info about the signal distance
Look up klein tracers. They have this similar system for a couple hundred instead of thousands. I have the ideal one and think I paid too much but haven't used the klein one to know.
The Amprobe AT-6030 and AT-6020 are equal to the Fluke-2052 in performance, but the Amprobe units are discontinued so you need to grab one before distribution partners run out of stock. The Fluke-2062 has a much better user interface/user experience than the AT-8030
I’m truly struggling with mine but I’m trying to do my research to make it work. It seems like it’s a great tool I just haven’t dialed it in yet.
Feel free to call tomorrow and I will try to help give any pointers. 513-446-0282
Ideal 61-959 is better

I've heard you can do a mile or more. I've personally done a distance of several hundred yards. At a USPS facility.
Bought this in UK , manuals bit crap not for UK systems
I JUST LOOKED IT UP TO SEE HOW MUCH IT IS. YOU KNOW, YOU GUYS ARE REALLY PISSING ME OFF WITH THESE HI PRICES.
