Kyrie was 1 of several nba players who refused to take the vaccine. Yet he was the only one who was vilified in the media. The hate he received for posting that film link from Amazon was even more despicable. He acknowledged that he had not watched the film and denounced antisemitism. Yet kyrie is thriving in Dallas on the verge of competing for a championship. What better way to show Screaming A smith and all his haters he cannot be cancelled.

I don't think staying healthy would've been as difficult if they had more depth. The Suns got further with CP3 than they did with KD, and CP3 is injury prone.
Brooklyn management were clowns too. I haven't forgotten that they suspended Kyrie for some games because they didn't like a video recommendation that he made on his social media where the video was available on Amazon.

After the Celtics got smoked in the playoffs, they interviewed Kyrie, he said so what he didn't care they lost. And something to the effect of he didn't try and just gave up. And it wasn't just that he played bad, the dude literally just gave up, go 2-10 or something, but at least try. When the star of the team basically admits they don't care about winning there's a problem. Lebron would never say such foolish shit. His whole reason for going to Boston was so he could be the alpha male on the team. And then he gave up in the middle of the playoffs and walked off the court essentially showing the world he didn't want to be the alpha, or wasn't ready at least.

Not a basketball expert, but watch here and there. Was very confused by the Kyrie hate it was clearly told he was not allowed to play the games because of the Covid mandate. Everybody knows back then there were a lot of political beliefs and values involved with getting the shot or not getting the shot. He was consistent with his decision, not to get the shot. The mental health issues were a little muddier because it wasn’t disclosed at the time that he lost his grandfather. He was also getting so much hate. I’m glad he’s doing so well in Dallas and wishing him and Luca win.

I really don't understand how people don't realise that Kyrie would be an NBA champion in 2021 if he was lucky enough to avoid that injury, when he jumped with Giannis. With healthy Kyrie the Nets were absolutely DEMOLISHING the Giannis and the Bucks in the first two games. Hell even with only KD those Nets ALMOST eliminated the Bucks. If KD didn't step on that 3 point like it would be all over for the Bucks. So Kyrie played GREAT andnwas giving his everything for those Nets to win the title in 2021. He was just simply unlucky and got injured. Kyrie and KD would now easily have 1 title more each. KD would be 3 time NBA champion and Kyrie 2 time NBA champion and now fight for his third titles with Mavs vs the Celtics.
