Possibly a new air 13” with M4. I just got a m4 pro last fall, 16” and carrying that thing around is rough, when I got it I wasn’t needing portability, now I do need it.

A darn shame it's so good, I'm the same way, but I will upgrade when it no longer qualifies for the full OS upgrade, for the sake of security. Wonder when that will be??
I know right? Who are all these "people" waiting for the M4 MBA? I am writing this on my M1 MBA and its battery health is still at 97%. The M1 is perfection and still beats the hell out of any x86 chip. This thing could probably do another 10 years no problem. The M1 MBA is decently easy to work on if something like the screen breaks. With the M2, Apple perfected making it impossible to fix any issues on your own. Congratulations.

I'm definitely buying the m4 air, I've been a windows guy my whole life but it's time for something new.
Just take into account certain software and keyboard shortcut differences. Some work software doesn't run on MacOS, and the keyboard shortcuts are not intuitive.
Work software only natively available on Windows:
- Autodesk Revit for architechs
- SolidWorks for non-software engineers
- Power BI (A watered down version runs in the browser) for data analysts.
- Pro Tools for music production

Another excellent video, mate! I thought about waiting for the M4 Air, but figured there wouldn't be much performance difference between the M3 and M4. I got an M3 13" Air with 24GB/512GB for $1299 from Best Buy about a month ago. My next Apple purchase will be the iPhone 17 Pro. My last iPhone was the 7 Plus. Been on team Android since 2016 and am done with lackluster Pixels.
