thanks for these videos. Simple, efficient, with names of the technics and few tips. I'm a student at SKIF France with master Fabre, it will help me to work outside of the dojo.
В 6 ой комбинации у Х. Канадзавы движение с левой ноги на противника, влево и блоком , после чего хики те. Можно конечно и так, но на втречу это другое.
Thanks for the videos! They help me a lot! I have a question... In the jodan go for skif official we have to take the arm down? My Sensei said me it was wrong? 🤔
@@seamusodowdkarate Thank you so much for telling to this blind walmart person. Every dojo has different type of learning and belts and i respect all of them
I agree, he teaches well. Just the material is BS. Teaching anything static like that where the Tori takes on step and perorms one tsuki, is a dead attack and thus useless. Practicing any counter technique against a dead "attack" is pointless.
You seem to be confusing the concept of a training drill with a real fight. A training drill teaches specific skills, but is not intended to be the “full package”. Skills are built up using multiple types of drills, becoming more and more realistic as they become more advanced. 👍
@@seamusodowdkarate This is the major question: why train and practise these drills that serve no purpose? What kind of skills do you learn by doing these robotic movements? If they are not fighting-oriented, then what?
With all due respect, I didn’t say they serve no purpose. I said they DO serve a purpose. If you want to only see your way of doing things, then fair enough. I wish you all the best. If you want to genuinely learn about the value of other ways of doing things then great - let me know where you are based and I will try to find you a good instructor who can help you understand. But if you are just looking for an internet fight, you won’t get it here. 😁👍
@@seamusodowdkarate No, there is no MY way of things. There is just logical (explainable) and illoical (nonsense), useful and useless. I ask you again - what kind of useful skills do these pari techniques teach and develop? I have been teaching martial arts for 20 years and I understand well what ahs a point and what is just make-believe rubbish.
Kata are basically choreographies against invisible oponents. In bunkai you apply those kata techniques against a real oponent. Kihon are technical exercises aimed at perfection in the movements, with attention to esthetism. This against a partner. Kumite is applying all those techniques in a real fight.
Duh, off course those are not ment for a real fight, those are the basic exaggerated exercises to learn the movements. At this stage it's all about muscle memory and reflexes. In a real fight you adapt those basics to fit your needs. 🙄 Remember, karate is all about defense. There is no first attack in karate. "Karate ni, sente nashi."

There is no purple belt
@@gokusolos2204 well, in my dojo it has purple belt so...🙂
@@rajashribanerjee2312 does your sensei is from walmart or you are blind?
Please don’t be rude. Different karate groups and dojos use different belt systems. Purple belt is very common in most groups.

Excellent technique and attention to detail. Obviously a master teacher at work.
