Aw so exciting that you’ll be meeting your little one any day now! That first moment you look down at them is out of this world and I still think about it. And yes actually I pump every night before bed to keep up my supply since she’s on solids now and sleeping more through the night. I also add milk to her solids so it’s good to have it on hand.

When my baby is constipated I feed her pears or beets( steamed and puréed). It usually does the job.

I feel that eating healthy is really hard for teens like me but I just feel that you really make it easy and fun, and all I wanted to say is thank you, and your guacamole is really good the one you used with the frozen avocados. When you said Sage slept through the night I totally get how it’s amazing but not so amazing at the same time haha because you wake up in soo much pain. I have a 12 week old and he’s been sleeping through the night for the last couple of weeks but I still have to get up at 3am to pump 😩 soo grateful to have lots of milk but still super painful

Can you do a video on getting baby to sleep early? My baby is 2 months and if I put him to bed at 7pm he would wake up again at 9pm then at 11pm then sleep all the way until 3 or 4am.

meat and broth/eggs are easier to digest at first for them and higher digestible/absorption of nutrients... be careful with all that fibre/grains its hard for them to digest.

I’m just curious and respect her reason..as I just thought at first you feed them till there a bit older otherwsie so much mess all the time. I have no idea though I’ve never been a mom. Just respect her reasoning and want to learn!
