We should not be judging your stories or telling you how you should have handle the situation you went though because 1st of all its your story time if you did not handle the way you handled the situation we would not have a interesting story time to hear. I can't think of anything to comment so I'm just going to post a Blueberry pancake recipe.
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons white sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
1. In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. In a small bowl, beat together egg and milk. Stir milk and egg into flour mixture. Mix in the butter and fold in the blueberries. Set aside for 1 hour.A
2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Mad props to you Sista!!! In my 20yrs of cooking, I have been blessed to avoid a Corporate job until my current job 5yrs ago... I can not stand Corporate America!! So many rules... You can't do this, you can't do that.... Cheap ass mofos!!! I bust my ass 70hrs a week, work off the clock to prep my food bc they cheap asses won't hire a prep cook... Its not in the budget!! Nothing is in the budget!! They have the nerve to tell me and my 3 other cook co workers that if we don't clock out the exact time we are scheduled, then we are stealing time... Bish wet?!?
