Great vid. Not really a big fan of having the pic in-between them for so much of the time. I would rather see the photo in full for most of the time. I like to see what they are referencing when pointing things out . Great vid still!
44:33 yep , its real. i live in montreal close to this "farine fiveroses company " and seen this a lot ;) and got the same shot. search "farine fiveroses" in montreal on instagram. you will see a lot !
46:30 That would be "Sunny 16". Correct exposure in daylight on a sunny day is F16 and the same shutter speed as you ISO value (or the nearest on older cameras). For instance F16, ISO100, 1/100th (1/125th) shutter speed. You can of course adjust up and down as yo wish, as long as you compensate on way or the other. Works very well! And you would have been fine with F8, Patrick. Film has loads of highlight latitude :-)

You can totally make the moon exposure correctly. Take it early just after sunrise with a moon just past full.
