Hahahaha.. ni ni bro it wasn't a story i tried to explain in my way.. anyways.. bro for a room. Lets say the room size is 10 x 10. The covered area will be 11.5 x 11.5 with 9 inch walls on all sides. Any shades will not be included in the covered area. See if the above can solve the matter if it doesn't lemme know i,ll explain it further

bro purely depends on the agreement u make with the contractor. Wese practice hah ke 1.5 of the size of the roof with pitch slab is taken. Baaqi jese aap contractors ke sath agreement ker lain.. no hard and fast rule. Practice main 1.5 hay total ka.

Ni ni bro.. covered means the area covered only😋😋. Some contractor try to cheat on this. No beams no parapet nothing to be measured along.
