I can see Max deteriorating and destroying himself by his own need to self destruct. He really does need to get sectioned and diagnosed before he hurts more people including himself with his narcissistic personality disorder, mythomania and sexual addiction because those addictions are not doing Max any favors since they’re only making him more seriously mentally and emotionally Ill. Max is filled with so much poison and he needs to get that poison out of his system and out of his head or he will just keep on destroying himself
