You're totally right about having to re-learn your tricks. I do agree that setting up a board and doing a whole sticker job is very therapeutic and probably one of the best things about ducky tape. The biggest downside for me is that because it's stickier, I find that my setups with ducky tape get dirtier faster. Loved the vid!
back to back vids!!!!!! Post watching thoughts: Clear and concise as always! I love ducky tape clearly! I personally struggle on most foams (bv is the exception) since my hands have taken a beating playing music my whole life, on top of boxing so the extra grip makes it easier to ride for longer without aggravating my hands too bad.
Thanks for this update, I recently had the .5mm thickness ducky tape. I didn’t even know they had a thinner version..Gotta film a session with the .2mm thickness thanks Annie
Recommendation for the Application on ducky tape. Take a piece of paper and cut out a piece with the same length and width of a sheet of tape. Take some tape and stick it to the board and trace your board with a pen and try to stay as close to the board as possible. Label the nose and tail and cut out the template you just made, but cut inside the lines probably a millimeter in the line so you don’t cut it to big. That sounds like a lot of work but I only use ducky tape now and I found that to be the best way. My grip jobs come out so clean, there are no jagged edges or anything like that. Just clean straight lines!
