Yes, that may well be true, but many model railway fans still don't know about this really nice short Z gauge version for very small track radii. That's why I had the system shown and explained to me in more detail in the interview.
Thank you for this review. Now I was actually able to read in TRAINBOARD.COM that the shortys were announced in 2016, but development probably took some time. The first reports of Shorty chassis arriving in the USA date back to February 2018. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to find out when the company NOCH started selling the Shortys as the general importer for Germany. Unfortunately, even today the quantities available in Germany from specialist dealers and ROKUHAN.DE (NOCH company) are rather modest. This is probably also the reason why you rarely see Shorty systems at our exhibitions.
