    Hey guys, I hope you enjoy this new beginner dance workout. It is fun and easy to follow along. We will dance pop dance, salsa, reggaeton and merengue. This is a great cardio workout and it is very effective to lose weight. Don't worry about being on the correct foot, just dance like nobody is watching and enjoy!
