Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying run as Isaac. Brimstone, Lachryphagy, D6, R Key, Pop!, Almond Milk, Crown Of Light, Birthright, Dunce Cap, Holy Light, Maw Of The Void, Proptosis, Trisagion. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Thought Devil rooms can be pog too. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. Anyways, GG's

I have really mixed feelings about Blood Oath. On one hand it, solves your damage problem, which is the main task of any Isaac run. But the more red heart containers you have to sacrifice and raise your damage, the less soul hearts you can store. I've had double digit damage with Blood Oath and just lose the run to a spider in Womb.

You can also use the wasted red hearts for extra coins or sacrifice room payouts, it's only worth it if you've bozo or the bandage

Your editor does a really good job in basically all of your videos. I feel like most UA-camrs nowadays try to keep the audience watching with fast paced editing but Alex does a great job at showcasing the run and letting you take center stage while adding their own funny edits now and again. Long story short, new fav TBOI UA-camr.

@@crittercrittercritter Yeah lavencas does more fast paced editing due to not having a voice in the videos, so it's harder to keep the run interesting. With voice you can have much slower videos without it becoming boring

Little known tip: secret rooms that force spawn a specific type of heart will spawn that heart for the lovers card. If you get a secret room with an eternal, soul, or black heart the lovers card will spawn that type of heart as well. Maybe bone heart also? Probably

at 5:00 it pain me to see you not pick up the left item instead since you have that trinket cuz you could've gotten so many more angel items instead of just one good one from that room like yeah crown of light is solid but you could've gotten way more items

@@vexirion yeah, I had runs with the ladder and feather/d6 in wich I didn't get a single good item from the angel shops. I think I literally almost depleted the angel room pool, apart from the good items ofc. It was a beast run, too...

Honestly tho, Blood Oath is pretty nuts, especcially if you manage to get old bandages from the boss, in that case you can just heal up after giving away your red health on the start of new floor

hold on... did this guy just... Utero 2, he got sent to the angel room off sacrifices *and* had an angel statue in the super secret room that he was initially planning for rerolling... so naturally instead of killing both the sacrifice angels for the remaining piece (picked up the one from the angel room leaving the other piece spawned in the super sucret but yet to be crossed off the item list by picking up) then rerolling the key pieces that would have spawned off both the angels from the sacrifice room he just took the singular remaining piece left a redundant piece in the SS room without rerolling it and lost out on 1 extra angel item that would have cost him just 1 heart

Edit: Those nails aside from being so close to NINE INCH NAILS are technically a larger DPS up on single targets that death’s touch due to not having a minor tears down. Still when dealing with targets In a line Death’s Touch is better than Nails DPS wise.
