These are designed to achieve maximum muscle development, burn fat for hours, increase core strength and ultimately help you move more explosively WITHOUT experiencing aches and pains from inflammation and overtraining. Best of all, these workouts typically only take 10 minutes or less, so you can get fast & dramatic results that help you look good naked and perform like a BEAST...without dedicating your life to fitness.     ~THE WORKOUT~
    [PHASE 1 - Strength Based 'Straight Sets']
    (a) Pause Front Squats (80% of Max : 2 reps)
    (b) Front Squats (80% of Max : 2 reps)
    [Perform 3 Rds. - Rest 4-5 minutes b/w each]
    **Weight Used: 97 lb. kettlebells**
    [PHASE 2 - Strength Endurance Based 'High Intensity Circuits']
    (a) Goblet Clean & Pause Squat to Alternating Reverse Lunge (5 reps)
    (b) Double Hand Swing (5 reps)
    (c) Deadlift (5 reps)
    (d) Goblet Walk (50 ft.)
    (e) Bodyweight Squat (5 reps)
    [Perform 3 Rds. - Rest 2-3 min. b/w each]
    **Weight Used: 62 lb. kettlebell**

    I let straight sets / station training for the gym, when I do traditional strength training, then I like doing circuits at home using minimal equipment, during the pandemic I was jacked doing ultra high volume on hanging leg raises, slam ball slams, push-ups, pull ups, lunges etc. I love doing these to failure in a circuit, I get to rest a muscle group while doing another exercise, then get right back to it. Works great.

    Currently my time is restricted so I do circuits of 15 swings, some clean & presses + squats & a carry. Should the more demanding C&P & Squats come before the swings?

      That'll do it! Yes, more taxing work that demands more effort/focus should be first in any circuit you do...

    I do more straight sets than circuits but decided to incorporate circuits into my first 8 weeks of 2024. I'm really liking the change and considering coming up with a rotation between the two. Many of the exercises are the same but weight is adjusted to the style of workout. Any suggestions for a rotation? I'm considering switching every 6-8 weeks after my deload week.

      When I have the time to do both, I do either lower body or upper body, and split upper body between vertical push-pull and horizontal push-pull (always the opposite of what I did during the straight sets)..
