INTENSE 4 Minute Total Body FAT-LOSS Routine | Coach MANdler

That’s why I upload new videos every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on this fitness channel to give you kettlebell beginner and advanced workout videos, including kettlebell fat loss routine, kettlebell training for strength, kettlebell HIIT workouts, etc. I will also share helpful tips and routines that you can do at home or in the gym using dumbbells, barbells, bands, body weight, and other strongman implements. These are designed to achieve maximum muscle development, burn fat for hours, increase core strength and ultimately help you move more explosively WITHOUT experiencing aches and pains from inflammation and overtraining. Best of all, these workouts typically only take 10 minutes or less, so you can get fast & dramatic results that help you look good naked and perform like a BEAST...without dedicating your life to fitness.     (d) Kettlebell Cleans (20 seconds AMRAP)
    -10 seconds rest
    (e) Kettlebell Push Up (20 seconds AMRAP)
    -10 seconds rest
    (f) Kettlebell Rows (20 seconds AMRAP)
    -10 seconds rest
    (g) Kettlebell Deadlift (20 seconds AMRAP)
    -10 seconds rest
    (h) Kettlebell Cleans (20 seconds AMRAP)

    As soon as I saw the words "Japanese Scientist" and "4 minute" I KNEW you were talking about Tabata! I've done a lot of Tabatas in past workout programs (mostly Cardio-focused rather than weight training-focused). This one looks like a good one to try out though

    I recently did a double KB workout with the Tabata cadence. I did:
    Double swing
    Double snatch
    Double clean
    Double thruster
    Double thruster
    Double clean
    Double snatch
    Double swing
    I used a pair of 16kg KBs. It was challenging. I might have been able to do this with a pair of 20kg KBs but no way for anything heavier.
    It’ll be a while before I do this again but I may soon l do a burpees with jumps Tabata workout.
    Any Tabata workout is a tough one. You make it seem easy Coach.

    I’ve been doing something very similar using dumbbells because I don’t yet have heavy enough kettles. Inspired largely by the workouts on your channel. Thanks Coach 👊🏼

    Loving these new concepts that are really educating us and really pushing us to the limit particularly as we used this Tabata at the end of our workout and silly us did NOT stick to the 10 second rest,that is a mistake that will NOT be repeated.The rest takes discipline as well, us knuckleheads will pay closer attention in future. Keep them coming sir.

    Excellent again. Which of these sets are compounding? I ask because my TABATA is swings, deadlifts and squats ( all compounding I think ) and want to alternate with other compounding sets.

      add an overhead press to work your arms and shoulders
