Hi! What type of app or website do you use to create and show this drills?
I used various basic animation platforms to create them. There are quite a few user-friendly options out there like Keynote, Powerpoint, Google Slides, Prezi, Canva, and Powtoon. It's all about finding what works best for your style!
Hello captain I have a question what is the difference between lactic bearing and lactic production
Hello mate, Lactic production is the creation of lactate in your muscles during intense exercise when your body runs low on oxygen. Lactic tolerance (which might be what they meant by "lactic bearing") is your body's ability to manage and keep going despite the buildup of lactate. High lactic tolerance helps you perform longer at high intensity.
@@Dr.Goal11 OK doctor, I mean the exercises that last from 3 minutes to 5 minutes are classified under the endurance of actics, and the training that lasts from 15 seconds to 40 seconds are classified under the production of Lactic are my words true
😬
