      Hello mate, Lactic production is the creation of lactate in your muscles during intense exercise when your body runs low on oxygen. Lactic tolerance (which might be what they meant by "lactic bearing") is your body's ability to manage and keep going despite the buildup of lactate. High lactic tolerance helps you perform longer at high intensity.

      Hello mate. Sorry for late response. You’re mostly correct! Exercises lasting 3-5 minutes focus on aerobic endurance, using oxygen to sustain activity. Training that lasts 15-40-90 seconds relies more on the anaerobic (lactic acid) system, which doesn’t use oxygen and produces lactic acid. Great observations! To avoid overtraining and reduce the risk of injury, consider adding a rest or active recovery day to allow your muscles to recover. Also, it might be helpful to focus on strength or agility drills on some days to complement your endurance work, giving your energy systems a more balanced development. Stay tuned! Anaerobic Training: - Phosphagen System: This focuses on very short, high-intensity efforts like sprints (up to 10 seconds). Training this system should be done 2-3 times a week. - Glycolytic System: This covers high-intensity efforts lasting from 30 seconds to about 2 minutes. Activities like longer sprints and interval training target this system, also 2-3 times a week. 2. Aerobic Training: Essential for endurance and recovery, aerobic workouts like steady-state runs or tempo runs should also be done 2-3 times a week. Of course, the exact training schedule can depend on the level of the team and individual fitness levels. Balancing these sessions and including recovery days will help avoid overtraining and optimize performance. Keep up the great work!
